JOB DESCRIPTION:
The New York Yankees Organization is looking for a full time Certified Athletic Trainer for their Player Development Department. The responsibilities would include: Assist the ATC’s in daily athletic training room duties. The athletic trainer’s primary job duties would include injury prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and field coverage. The Certified Athletic Trainer would need to be able to communicate well with medical professionals, front office personnel and coaches.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants qualifications: Certified by the NATA/BOC, State licensure (required based on location) Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English) and have previous baseball experience (preferred). Criminal and Financial background checks will be completed prior to hiring.
