JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides the prevention, care, treatment, and rehabilitation, under the supervision of a licensed physician, for all athletic injuries and illnesses incurred by Milwaukee Brewer minor league players; Provides open lines of communication between the minor league affiliate manager, coaches, Player Health Leadership and MBBC front office personnel of all injuries and medical conditions of MBBC players at the affiliate. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Complete all medical treatment and individual rehabilitations before workouts, pre- and post-game.
- Maintain inventory control and budgeting of medical equipment and supply purchased or owned by the Milwaukee Brewers organization.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional baseball experience in the medical or a related field, have national certification from the National Athletic Trainers Association, as well as the ability to live in the Dominican Republic. Candidates with the ability to speak Spanish are preferred.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university.
- Masters in Athletic Training (M.S.A.T.) preferred, but not required.
