- Stan Conte, 52, enters his first year as the Dodger’s Head Athletic Trainer and Director of Medical Services. Conte previously was the Head Athletic Trainer for the San Francisco Giants from 2000 to 2006. During his tenure with the Giants he also served at as assistant athletic trainer, rehab coordinator and strength conditioning coordinator, all at the Major League level. Conte is one of the few athletic trainers to hold an additional credential in physical therapy. A1978 graduate of the School of Physical Therapy at Cal State University, Northridge, Conte has been an owner, founder, and consultant to seven sports physical therapy clinics in California, New Mexico, and Arizona. In addition to lecturing locally and nationally on the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries, Conte also has published "Disability Days in Major League Baseball" in the American Journal of Sports Medicine in 2001 and is involved in multiple baseball research projects. Conte and his wife Nancy live in San Carlos, California.
- Todd Tomczyk

- Todd Tomczyk, 33, begins his second season as an assistant athletic trainer for the Major League club after spending eight years in the minor leagues in the Cleveland Indians farm system. Tomczyk spent the 2005 and 2006 seasons as the Triple A-Buffalo Bisons Athletic Trainer. In 2002, he was named the Akron athletic trainer mid-way through the season, prior to being named the Aeros Athletic Trainer, Tomczyk was the Rehabilitation Coordinator for the tribe (2001-2002). Spent the first half of the 2001 season and the entire 2000 season as the athletic trainer for the Columbus RedStixx . Held the same position of Athletic Trainer for the Burlington Indians during the 1999 campaign. The Pittsburgh, Pa native earned a bachelors degree in athletic training from Duquesne University (1998), and masters degree in exercise science and performance enhancement from California University of Pa. (2003). Tomczyk is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES). Todd resides in Chicago, IL with his wife Colleen. He serves as a basketball official during the off-season at the small college, junior college and high school levels.

- Rick Lembo, 38, begins his first season as the Major League
Assistant Trainer for the Dodgers. Lembo spent 2 seasons with the
Chicago Cubs before joining the San Francisco Giants (1999-2002).
He was promoted to Head Minor League Athletic Trainer at AAA
Fresno. The past five years he has spent as the Director of Athletic
Training at Sierra Pacific Orthopedic & Spine Center in Frenso,
California. Lembo holds a part time faculty position and Clinical
Instructor appointment at California State University, Fresno. He has
also co-authored, “Dose-Response of Posterior Capsular Stretching
in College Aged Baseball Players”. In addition to his ATC, he also
holds a license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
